Stamp - Music videos by Kumkrum Stamp - Music videos by Kumkrum
I mean, SE-RI-OUS-LY!
I watch something like Viva for 10 minutes, and all I see are girls dressed like whores (or not even dressed at all...yes, I look at you, "Memories" by David Guetta feat. Kid Cudi <_<) acting like whores doing things whores do. Sometimes I really do wonder if those girls really are whores, because I can't imagine anyone doing something like that.
And all the female popstars are no better. Lady Gaga? Britney Spears? Beyoncé? Christina Aguilera? Ke$ha?
It's so, SO sad.
So there...a stamp for all the music videos out there that are brilliant although...or rather, BECAUSE there are NO nudes in it.
For example, four of my personal favourites:
Here it goes again by OK Go
Strawberry Swing by Coldplay
Rusted from the Rain by Billy Talent
Wheels by Jamie Cullum

And I would like to ask you, what are your favourite music videos without naked women? :meow: would be interested in knowing that...and also to see other great music videos ^^

btw. used this template for the stamp

All of Coldplay's music videos are beautifully made and I enjoy watching them .3.
I'd say my favourite is Life in Technicolour ii; the way they use the puppets is humorous as well as charming :')

btw just because some people choose to dress sexual. it doesn't make them whores. If a straight guy dressed in pink or purple. does that mean they are gay? no. If you wore something from the oppsite sex clothes. does that means your a tomboy?no. It's like saying of someone wears a bikini they are whores because they are showing majority of there body.

whore isn't define as clothes. It's define as someone selling there body to men for personal/pleasurable gain/profit.

I'm not trying to offend. Just because there naked girls in it, doesn't mean it's a terrible video. It's terrible when they use naked women for the wrong video and it doesn't fit to the song. It will be oddly weird if billy talent had naked girls in there videos but it's all has to do with the correct video when to use naked girls. Rammstein is one of the correct use of naked girls becausee of how the band is and style of music. Rammstein even created a porno music video.

do you turn off a movie because of naked people?

understand what i'm saying?

I see your point. But what irks me about those kind of videos is this extreme sexual objectification of women. In the mainstream Pop music-videos, which is about 90% I see on the music channel, there are just way too many videos where barely dressed girls are just the accessory for the main act. Like, in the Video for "Day'N'Nite" by Kid Cudi - why the hell are there half-naked girls acting sexual in there? The song has nothing to do with it (it's actually about drug abused), so they just act as an object and accessory. As for female acts like the Pussycat Dolls, well, I find it sad that the only way they can sell their music is by acting all sexual, plus I just get mad when they get glorified as wonderful role model for young girls because they are so "self-confident" (yeah, I've seen a documentary where this was said). That is wrong in my eyes because girls are already getting trained to be pink barbie dolls by society, and I find that unacceptable.
Plus, why only girls? I see far, FAR less music videos where guys are used as the eye candy sex-objects.
I hope you get what I mean. It's this factor mainly that makes me hate this so much.
